What we collect

We only collect what you type into the project brief. There is no account system, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

• Your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number.
• How you'd like us to reach you, and the best time to do it.
• Event details: type of event, market, date or date flexibility, guest count, venue status, budget range, the services you're considering, and anything you write in your own words.
• Anything else you choose to tell us, including how you heard about us.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, understand the scope of your event, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it goes

When you submit a brief, it is stored in our secure project database and emailed to our team at info@9thislandproductions.com. You also receive a confirmation email at the address you gave us. Email delivery and database hosting are handled by our infrastructure providers, who process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Drafts saved in your browser

As you answer the brief, your progress is saved in your own browser's local storage so you can leave and come back. That draft never leaves your device until you press send. Clearing your browser's site data for this domain removes it immediately.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not build visitor profiles. The storage we rely on to run the site is limited to the brief draft described above and a small flag that stops the opening animation replaying on every visit.

We also offer optional analytics through Google Analytics, used only to count visits and see which pages and services people read. It is off until you turn it on: the first time you visit, a bar asks you to accept or reject it, and both choices are presented equally. If you accept, IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features and personalisation signals are disabled, and none of your contact details or brief answers are ever sent. If you reject, no analytics script loads at all and the site behaves exactly the same.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted briefs for as long as needed to respond to and service your inquiry, and afterwards for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Email info@9thislandproductions.com to ask for a copy of what you sent us, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll confirm once it's done.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
